Limited Warranty and Return Policy

Laser Xpressions, Inc. stands behind the quality of our products and wants every customer to be happy with their purchase. Since many of our products are personalized, custom engraved, or made specifically for each customer, our return and warranty policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our custom production process.

• Our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase.
• Customers should inspect their item at the time of purchase, pickup, receipt, or delivery and contact us as soon as possible if there is any issue with the order.
• Returns and exchanges may be limited once an item has been personalized, engraved, or otherwise customized.
• Personalized items generally cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, customer-provided errors, or preference changes after customization.
• If there is a defect, production error, damage, or concern with your finished item, we will review the issue carefully and do everything within our power to make it right.
• We take pride in our work and will always make a good-faith effort to find a fair solution if a problem occurs.
