How can I contact Laser Xpressions?
You may contact us by phone at 732-303-9530 or by email at info@laserxpressions.com. Emails are typically answered within 24 to 48 hours during normal business hours.
Our normal business hours are:
- Monday to Tuesday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Wednesday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Sunday: 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Order-related emails and artwork proofs, when applicable, may be sent from artwork@laserxpressions.com. Please check your inbox and spam folder so you do not miss any important communication about your order.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Laser Xpressions, Inc. accepts major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. We also offer convenient express checkout options, including Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.
How does the order process work?
While placing your order, please provide the required personalization details, artwork, photos, or logos through the product page options. Once we receive your order, our design team will review the information and prepare your order for production.
If an artwork proof is required, it will be emailed to you for review before production begins. If additional information is needed, we will contact you.
Many orders may be picked up in store or shipped, depending on the option selected at checkout.
How long does production and shipping take?
Most items are produced within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed. Many items are produced the same day or next business day whenever possible.
Production is completed Monday through Friday, even though our physical store is also open Saturday and Sunday.
If you selected in-store pickup, please wait until you receive a phone call or email confirmation before coming in to pick up your order.
If your order is being shipped, production time and shipping transit time are separate. Transit time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will automatically receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.
Is personalization included?
Many products purchased from our stock include personalization of one artwork, logo, photo, or text layout on one side of the item.
We recommend keeping text concise. Large amounts of text may require a smaller font size, which can affect legibility and the overall appearance of the finished piece. Our designers will position your artwork and/or text in a way that is visually balanced and appropriate for the product.

What is the difference between 2D and 3D engraving?
Both 2D and 3D crystal engraving are created inside the crystal using a subsurface laser process. The difference is in how the artwork is prepared and how the finished image appears.
3D crystal engraving is typically used for people, pets, or objects that can be converted into a three-dimensional image inside the crystal. This creates a more lifelike effect with depth, shape, and dimension. In most cases, the background is removed so the subject stands out clearly inside the crystal. If you prefer the background to remain, please note that with your order.
Standard 3D pricing generally includes up to two heads. Additional people, pets, or subjects may require an additional fee.
2D crystal engraving is a flat engraved image, logo, or photo that is still lasered inside the crystal, but it does not have the same dimensional depth as a 3D conversion. This option is often used for logos, text, buildings, group photos, scenes, or images where a flat photo-style engraving is preferred.
Depending on the item and image, the background may remain in the artwork. If background removal is requested or required, an additional artwork fee may apply.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Artwork proofs are not automatically sent for every order. A proof may be sent if you request one when placing your order, or if our design team has a question or concern and would like your approval before production begins.
When a proof is sent, please review it carefully and reply directly to the proof email with your approval or requested changes. Production may be delayed until we receive your response.

What if my artwork or logo is low quality?
Customer-supplied artwork must meet our production requirements. If artwork is too low resolution, blurry, difficult to read, or not suitable for engraving or imprinting, an artwork preparation fee may apply.
This may include converting a logo to a high-resolution vector format, cleaning up artwork, modifying artwork for legibility, or preparing the file for the best engraving or imprinting result.
Can I engrave more than one location on the same item?
It depends on the specific product. Some items offer multiple engraving or personalization locations, while others may only allow one location due to the size, shape, material, or design of the item.
Available personalization locations and options will be shown on the individual product page. If multiple locations are offered, please complete the appropriate personalization sections and provide any additional details needed for your order.
Do you offer color fill?
Yes. Color fill may be available on certain deep-etched glass and crystal products to enhance the engraved design.
Common recommended colors include silver, gold, and black. If a specific PMS color match is required, additional setup or batch production fees may apply.
Do you offer UV color imprinting?
Yes. We offer UV color imprinting on select glass products. This is often used for backgrounds, city skylines, scenes, or other full-color design elements on awards and gifts.
Availability depends on the product and artwork requirements.
Do your products come with gift boxes?
Most of our glass and crystal products include presentation gift boxes. Please refer to the individual product page for gift box details and photos when available.
Is my information secure?
Laser Xpressions, Inc. takes customer privacy and security seriously. We do not sell or share customer information under any circumstances except as necessary to process and fulfill your order.
Orders and payments are processed through secure systems designed to protect your personal and payment information.
